Shipping policy

We are excited to celebrate the 250th Anniversary with you! To make your shopping experience even better, we are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $80 USD.

Where is My Order?

Once your order is placed, it moves through three main stages. You will receive an automated email notification at each step:

  1. Order Confirmation (Sent immediately after purchase)

  2. Shipment Confirmation (Sent once your package leaves our facility)

  3. Delivery Status Notification (Sent once your package has arrived)

Shipping Times & Costs

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 7 – 9 business days. It typically takes an additional 1 – 3 business days for your order to transfer from our warehouse to our logistics partners.

  • Shipping Time: Once shipped, your order will arrive within 7 – 15 business days, depending on your destination. Please note that delivery times are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date the order was placed.

  • High Volume Delays: During peak seasons or high-demand periods (such as our 250th Anniversary events), shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in your order, we will contact you directly via email.

  • Standard Shipping: $5.99 Flat Rate

  • Free Shipping: All orders over $80

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can follow your package's journey. Please allow 5 – 7 business days for the carrier to scan your package and update the information in their system.

If your tracking number shows no information, don't worry—it simply means the carrier hasn't processed the parcel yet. Events will populate as soon as the package is scanned at the first sorting facility.

If your estimated arrival date has passed and you still haven't received your package, please contact us at support@auranations.com, and we will resolve it for you.

Incorrect Address & Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. AuraNations is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you contact the final-mile carrier after the package has left our warehouse to redirect or forward your parcel, we cannot be held responsible if that parcel is lost, stolen, or damaged.

Returns & Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or customer errors made during the ordering process. We only accept returns or exchanges for defective or damaged items within 30 days of delivery. For more details, please refer to our full Return & Exchange Policy.
